Product Manager - Integrations
Location: Auckland, New Zealand (Hybrid)

We’re on the lookout for a strategic, technically savvy Product Manager to shape and lead our integration and partnerships strategy. In this pivotal role, you’ll scale our product ecosystem by creating and leveraging strategic integrations and partnership, while also making it easier than ever for others to integrate with ICT. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, business development, and external partners to deliver seamless, scalable integrations that drive customer value and operational efficiency.
With development teams based in New Zealand and Vietnam, this role offers the opportunity to work globally and will involve occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for integrations and partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from business cases and PRFAQs to pricing, GTM strategy, and ROI tracking.
- Collaborate with development squads to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality integration solutions.
- Identify and manage third-party opportunities, including APIs and strategic partners, to expand product capabilities and reach.
- Develop and prioritize product requirements and backlogs, balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term scalability.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance, ensuring robust documentation, support, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on integrations, APIs, or platform partnerships.
- Proven experience leading development teams to deliver technical solutions at scale.
- Experience working with external partners and managing joint product initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in enterprise software, or platform ecosystems.
- Background in engineering or technical product management.
- Knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft) or iPaaS solutions.
- Experience working with offshore development teams.
