Systems Engineer

What you'll be doing:
- Provide domain expertise on ICT access control systems to guide development and integration
- Support system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting across multiple environments
- Provision and maintain hardware connected to cloud CI/CD and demo environments
- Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networks
- Build and maintain clear documentation and knowledge bases
- Collaborate with offshore development teams to integrate apps, APIs, and third-party solutions
- Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of new applications
- Contribute to system security practices and compliance
What you'll bring:
- Strong knowledge of ICT access control systems and how they operate in real-world environments
- Confidence troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks
- A proactive, “find the fix” attitude with a knack for spotting improvements
- Excellent communication skills – able to share complex knowledge in a simple, clear way

- Open to travelling for the role when and if required
