Integrations Lead
Location: Auckland, New Zealand (Hybrid)
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
As our Integrations Lead, you’ll shape how systems, people, and products connect to deliver seamless customer experiences. You’ll reimagine our open smart building platform, enabling flexible integrations across users, video, biometrics, reporting, and more. We’re looking for a hands-on, API-first thinker who’s passionate about building developer-friendly ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver robust, developer-friendly APIs and SDKs
- Lead and grow an engaged offshore team
- Champion modern engineering practices and code quality
- Drive software quality with a shift-left approach
- Embed security throughout the development process
What You'll Bring:
- A self-starter mindset with a strong track record of delivering results independently
- Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Expertise in C# .NET (or equivalent), with a solid track record of designing and delivering APIs
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices
